LOCATION
Glo Skin & Brow is located inside of Sola Salon which is located between Robert Street and Livingston Avenue in West St Paul. Free parking is available. Glo is on the back side of the building in the spa area. Look for studio 23. If the doors are closed please take a seat in the hallway until they are open.

SCHEDULING

Glo Skin & Brow is primarily a “by appointment” business, therefore, last minute cancellations, rescheduling and no-shows have a great impact to the business and other clients wanting to book services.  At the discretion of Glo some services may require a deposit which will be discussed at the time of booking

Can’t find a time that works for you online? Please feel free to contact Glo/Diana directly to see if something may still be available, as online booking systems do leave gaps that can be filled in by others wanting appointments.

Some online bookings may also be asked to slightly modify the scheduled start time by 15-30 minutes. Moving is not expected but is certainly appreciated when it works for your schedule. This is not common but does occur occasionally. Glo/Diana will contact you to confirm any schedule changes. Glo/Diana greatly appreciates your understanding.

Services are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

CONSENT FORMS
At the time of your booking, Glo will send you forms that need to be filled out in advance to assure that there are no contraindications for the treatments you wish to receive. Links for the forms will be sent digitally once your booking has been approved.

Please let Glo know if you do not receive the links. It’s appreciated if you can fill the forms out once you receive them so that there is time for them to be reviewed in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Glo Skin & Brow values the precious time of all clients as well as their own. Please keep these policies in mind as they are meant to protect this small business and to ensure that guest wanting to get in for services can be accommodated.

 

*48- hour notice is required for cancelling and rescheduling appointments.
*Cancellations must be done by texting Glo (612) 486-2286.
*Late cancellations & rescheduling will be charged 90% of the service fee.
* No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.

*If you are running late we will do our best to accomodate your appointment, but your appointment may need to be shortened for the same service fee or it may be necessary to reshedule. 

Unexpected emergencies & illness can happen in life. In these instances, you will not be charged. Please let Glo know ASAP of your urgent matter or illness.

PAYMENT/REFUNDS
Payment is due in full upon completion of service. Glo Skin & Brow does not give refunds on services or opened products. Glo Skin & Brow will gladly send you with a sample of a product to take home and try before opening purchased products, if the product is in stock. Balances due to insufficient funds as well as due to Late Cancel/No Show fees will remain on your account and a 20% charge will be applied to any unpaid balances for every 30 days past due. No further appointments will be scheduled until the balance is paid in full.

SCENT POLICY
In order to maintain an optimal environment for everyone, GLO kindly requests that individuals present free of synthetic scents (i.e. perfume, artificially scented products, tobacco).
